Quiet area, next to Villa Cicogna Park. Bus line 90 to Bellaria Hospital and Bologna's historic center. Downstairs is a commercial courtyard with a restaurant, bar, pizzeria, minimarket, tobacconist, and more.
Upon check-in (3:00–8:00 PM), identification is required and a cash tourist tax of €1.50 (maximum €2.50) per day is payable. Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
The apartment is on the third floor of a building in a residential area. It consists of two bedrooms: one for guests and one for the owner, a bathroom with shower, and a large living area with a kitchenette, a living room with a dining table, and a reading/TV area. Two balconies: one for laundry use and one used as a tea room and greenhouse for plants.
Guests will have access to the living room, kitchen (for small items), balconies, and shared garden.
Bicycles can be parked in the garage.
If you need to use the washing machine, the cost is €3.
