Immersed in a quiet area, this early 20th-century two-story house features a small private courtyard and exclusive access to the river below. On the ground floor, there's a kitchen area complete with dishes, a washing machine, a refrigerator, an iron, and a double sofa bed. On the first floor, there's a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower, toilet and bidet. It's equipped with a hairdryer with a diffuser, toiletries, towels, and sheets. There's a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. Air conditioning isn't necessary because the house is very cool in the summer. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
